Victoria Douglas

Senior Consultant
Victoria advises international clients on corporate and financial communications, with a focus on cross-border M&A, private capital, technology and stakeholder positioning.

She works primarily with global asset managers and specialist investment firms across pensions, private equity, venture capital and infrastructure.

Her experience also includes advising on major M&A transactions, shareholder activism and capital markets activity, including IPOs.

Before joining Kekst CNC, Victoria worked on communications projects for the Government of Canada across infrastructure, science and social development. She also held agency roles spanning digital communications and media relations.

Victoria holds an MSc in Strategic Communications from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA (Hons.) in Communication Studies and Political Science from Carleton University and the University of Leeds. A native English speaker, she also speaks French and Italian and has worked in London, Toronto and Tokyo.
