Michael has advised some of the world’s largest companies, working as an embedded member of their teams and pioneering new digital services.

As a trusted adviser to Kekst CNC’s global client base, Michael develops and leads integrated communications strategies aimed at elevating and reshaping perceptions. While sector agnostic, his specialized experience spans technology, healthcare, and financial services.

His work includes the development of cutting-edge reputation management capabilities, such as misinformation and disinformation mitigation, generative AI positioning, and deriving deep communications insights from online discourse.

Michael is an active contributor to the communications profession, frequently speaking at industry events and participating in media debates. In 2018, he served as a contributing editor to the book Reputation Management: The Future of Corporate Communications and Public Relations. From 2015 to 2017, he was recognized as one of the top UK PR bloggers by Vuelio.
