Daniel's work has included guiding technology and other companies through significant cybersecurity incidents; advising companies and stakeholders on liability management transactions and other complex restructuring and capital structure issues; and counseling public companies through periods of heightened investor and market scrutiny.
He has deep experience advising publicly traded and private entities across industries, as well as high-profile individuals, on sensitive communications challenges and has developed particular depth in the health care and private capital sectors.
Prior to joining Kekst CNC, Daniel worked in corporate communications and investor relations at Pearson, where he served as chief of staff to the CEO. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brown University.
